Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Crayon Incognito is a brand of SeventyThree Labs S.L., NIF B25988650, Carrer de Lepant 270, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@crayonincognito.com.

2. What we sell

  • Prints. An abstract or geometric artwork designed from your children’s drawings, printed on archival paper, framed or on canvas, in 30 × 40, 40 × 50, 50 × 70 or 70 × 100 cm.
  • Gift vouchers. For a print of a given size and format.
  • Collage commissions. Quoted separately, through the form or WhatsApp, and not sold on this site.

We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the EU, please write to us first.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices include IVA (21 %) and delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • When you order, you pay 50 % of the print price as a deposit.
  • The balance is due when you approve the design, from your order page.
  • Extras, added to the balance:
    • Posting the drawings in a prepaid envelope: €99.
    • Return of the originals: €15.
  • Payments: made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.
  • Changing size or format: you can change them until we send the designs. If you switch to a cheaper print and have already paid more than it costs, we refund the difference.
  • Promotion codes: discount the payment they’re used on.

4. How an order works

  1. The brief. After the deposit, you tell us your idea on your order page (theme, orientation, colours…).
  2. The drawings. You send us photos of the drawings, or the originals in a prepaid envelope.
  3. The designs. Once we have both, we send you three designs within about 5 working days.
  4. Your choice.
    • You choose one and may ask for one tweak.
    • If none of them works, we make one new set, in a different theme if you like.
  5. The balance. When you approve the design you pay the balance and we send it to production. We’ll send you the tracking.

5. Time limits and orders without an answer

  • No choice: if 30 days pass after we send the designs without a choice, we close the order.
  • No payment: if 30 days pass after you approve the design without the balance being paid, we close the order too. We’ll warn you first.
  • The deposit: in both cases it is kept as payment for the design work already done.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • Prints. They are made to your specifications and clearly personalised. Under article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 they are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. [To decide: whether an order can be cancelled with the deposit refunded before design work starts.]
  • Gift vouchers. You can withdraw from a voucher that hasn’t been redeemed within 14 days of buying it.

7. Delivery and guarantee

  • Delivery times: we confirm them when the print goes to production.
  • Damaged or faulty print: write to us within 14 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it at no cost.
  • Legal guarantee of conformity: applies in all cases.

8. Your drawings and our designs

  • The originals.
    • If you post them and pay for their return, we send them back with the print.
    • Otherwise we destroy them securely after delivery.
  • The photos you upload: we delete them 60 days after delivery, unless you let us keep them for the portfolio.
  • The design: it is a work of the studio. You buy the print for personal use; the copyright in the design stays with us.
  • Social media and the website: we only show the artwork if you agree in your brief, and never with names or faces.

9. Gift vouchers

  • Validity: 12 months from purchase.
  • Redeeming: they are redeemed once, on the Redeem a voucher page, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
  • Changes after redeeming: if you then change size or add extras, the difference is settled in the balance.

10. Applicable law

  • Applicable law: these terms are governed by Spanish law.
  • If you are a consumer: you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
